Daniel Williams

Dan Williams is an accomplished attorney focusing on criminal defense, representing clients in juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony cases, as well as DUI/OVI defense and expungements. Since being admitted to the Ohio bar in 2012, Dan has been committed to serving clients throughout NE Ohio, including Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula counties.

Dan's legal career began with a strong commitment to advocating for indigent criminal defendants in Lake County, a role he dedicated himself to for three years before joining Dworken & Bernstein. His educational journey started at Miami University, after which he moved to Chicago to work as an Account Executive for a national mortgage lending company. Despite his time away, Dan's connection to his hometown remained strong, leading him back to Cleveland where he completed his law degree at Cleveland-Marshall and married his wife Gina.

On a personal note, Dan and Gina have been married since 2013 and are proud parents to their child, Shea, born in 2014. Dan is an enthusiastic supporter of Cleveland and Ohio State sports teams, and in his leisure time, he enjoys working out, spending time with his large extended family, and exploring Cleveland's diverse restaurants and craft breweries.
