Casey Lee Saunders

Casey L. Saunders is a dedicated sole practitioner based in Sulphur, Oklahoma, known for his expertise in civil litigation at the federal appellate level. His practice is particularly focused on social security disability appeals, where he represents clients in both federal district and circuit appellate courts.

Mr. Saunders holds a B.A. degree from East Central University and a J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is actively involved in the legal community as a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and a member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR). Additionally, he contributes his expertise as a Board Member of the Social Security Law Section of the Federal Bar Association.
