Chaille Walraven

Chaille Walraven is a distinguished attorney concentrating on oil and gas law and real estate matters, with a particular focus on litigation to safeguard the rights of land and royalty owners. She has represented hundreds of land and mineral owners in various courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. A significant portion of her practice is dedicated to assisting royalty owners in enforcing their oil and gas lease agreements.

Chaille's deep connection to land and mineral ownership is rooted in her family history; her great-grandfather established the family ranch over a century ago, and since then, four generations have continued this legacy. Born and raised in Western Oklahoma, Chaille graduated as Valedictorian from Clinton High School. She pursued higher education at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she earned both her undergraduate and law degrees. During her time at Baylor, she was actively involved in the university's nationally acclaimed advocacy programs and contributed to the Baylor Law Review. Her participation in moot court and as a member of Baylor's National Mock Trial championship team highlights her commitment to legal excellence.

Following her law school graduation, Chaille joined the law firm founded by her father in 1967, continuing a family tradition in the legal profession. Outside of her legal work, Chaille and her husband, Mark, whom she met at Baylor, are dedicated to their family life with their three sons, Jackson, Christian, and Elias. Chaille enjoys outdoor activities, traveling, cooking, horseback riding, and scuba diving.
