Andrea Brown

Andrea Brown brings extensive legal expertise to her role at the Berlin Law Firm in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Born and raised in Tulsa, Andrea pursued higher education in Texas, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Southern Methodist University with Honors in Literature and Business. She continued her studies at SMU, earning her Juris Doctor in 2006.

From 2007 to 2018, Andrea served as an Assistant District Attorney, initially focusing on Intimate Partner Violence before dedicating her efforts to Crimes Against Children. Her tenure in public service is marked by numerous recognitions, including being named a "Top Gun" attorney for her prolific trial work in 2012, 2015, 2016, and 2017. In 2018, she received an award from her peers for exemplifying the best qualities of a trial attorney.

Andrea's decision to transition from the District Attorney's Office was driven by her commitment to defending the rights of the accused. Her dedication and hard work have earned her a reputation as one of the most formidable attorneys at the courthouse, culminating in her recognition as a 2020 Nationally Ranked Top Ten Attorney for excellence in Criminal Law.

Beyond her legal career, Andrea is a devoted mother to two daughters and enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, whom she married on St. Patrick’s Day. Their family also includes two beloved boxers, Buster and Lily. In her leisure time, Andrea enjoys reading and believes in the transformative power of music, which she credits with having a profound impact on her life.
