Ben F Meek III

Ben F Meek III, an accomplished attorney in Bethany, Oklahoma, has a rich educational background and extensive legal experience. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Baylor University in 1981, followed by a Master of Arts in English Literature from Pittsburg State University in 1986. He completed his Juris Doctor at Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1985.

Since 1986, Ben has been a dedicated member of the State Bar of Oklahoma. His legal practice encompasses insurance defense, commercial litigation, employment and discrimination law, and commercial real estate. He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, and the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ben's commitment to community service is evident through his role as courtroom counsel for an affordable housing nonprofit focused on developing assisted living and senior care centers. He also served on the Board of Advisors for Turning Point Ministries, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to affordable housing in Edmond, Oklahoma.

From 1996 to 1998, Ben was a Barrister member of the William J. Holloway American Inn of Court. He actively participates in the Oklahoma Bar Association, particularly in the Estate Planning and Probate Section.

Currently, Ben focuses his practice on probate and ancillary probate, adult guardianship, trust and estate planning, elder law, real estate transactions, and business formation.
