Cindy L Allen

Cindy L. Allen is a distinguished attorney serving clients in Oklahoma with a focus on family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, and criminal defense. Before establishing her own firm, Ms. Allen gained significant experience as a prosecutor in Cleveland County, where she handled intricate criminal and family law cases. Her roles included serving as an Assistant District Attorney and as the Managing Attorney for the Child Support Enforcement Division.

In 2003, Ms. Allen founded her private law practice, which has since grown to encompass a broad range of legal services. Throughout her career, she has been honored with several accolades, including being named Attorney of the Year by the Oklahoma Child Support Enforcement Association in 1998 and 2001. Additionally, she was recognized as the Outstanding Member of the Year in 1999, and under her leadership, the Child Support Division received the Office of the Year award in 2000.

Ms. Allen's academic achievements include being a Carl Albert Fellow during her undergraduate years from 1988 to 1990 and contributing to the American Indian Law Review while in law school from 1996 to 1997. Currently, she practices law with her daughter and partner, Julia Mills Mettry, at Allen & Mills, PLLC.
