RJ Harris is a distinguished attorney and airspace specialist with a multifaceted career. He is the Owner and Attorney at Patriot Law in Norman, OK, and holds a pivotal role as an Air Traffic and Airspace SME for NASA. Additionally, RJ serves as an Air Traffic and Airspace Management Officer for the Oklahoma Army National Guard.
RJ earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Philosophy in 2008 and his Juris Doctorate in 2012, both from the University of Oklahoma. His legal practice extends to serving members of the Oklahoma, Comanche, Choctaw, Chickasaw, Tonkowa, Cheyenne and Arapaho, and Absentee Shawnee communities.
With a total of five deployments, RJ continues his service in the National Guard, having recently been deployed to Kuwait and Iraq to support efforts in Western Iraq against ISIS. He has been married to Jennifer R. Harris for 30 years, and they have five children: Mercedes, Georgia, Wyatt, Peyton, and Braxton.
Outside of his professional commitments, RJ enjoys playing baseball with his family. He and his children are proud descendants of the Kiowa, located in Carnegie and Mt. View, Oklahoma.
