Samuel Talley

Samuel Talley has dedicated his legal career to serving the people of Oklahoma, inspired by his family's enduring values of service and resilience. Samuel holds a Masters of Law in Trial Advocacy from Temple University College of Law, achieved with honors in May 2014. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in May 2006, following a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma in May 2003.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, all Oklahoma District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. D.C. Western District of Oklahoma.
