Zachary Thomas Ball

Zachary Thomas Ball is a founding partner of Ball Morse Lowe, where he heads the firm's Oil, Gas + Energy Specialty Group. His practice is focused on crafting acquisition, drilling, and division order title opinions for energy companies in Oklahoma and North Dakota. Additionally, Zach represents families in various oil and gas industry transactions and advises clients on business and real estate matters, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Zach is dedicated to delivering efficient and economical solutions to his clients' challenges, valuing their time and resources. His leadership extends beyond the firm as he serves on the board of Trinity Courtroom Clinic of Oklahoma and is a member of City Presbyterian Church.

A native of Edmond, Oklahoma, Zach now resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, Christa, along with their two dogs and a cat. His commitment to the legal community is evident in his roles as Past President of the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association and as the Chairperson-Elect of the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.

Outside of his professional life, Zach is a two-time Ironman triathlon finisher, enjoys golfing, and is an avid fly fisherman.
