Mr. Dakota C. Low

Dakota C. Low launched his legal career with Miller Dollarhide in the fall of 2013. He focuses primarily on personal injury law and business litigation. In 2020, Dakota received the Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the Oklahoma Association for Justice, recognizing his exceptional contributions to the organization. He was also named one of Oklahoma City’s Top Attorneys.

In addition to his primary practice areas, Dakota has extensive experience in criminal defense, real property, and probate law. He is authorized to practice in all Oklahoma Courts and the United States Bankruptcy Court in Oklahoma.

Dakota is an active member of several legal associations, including the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Oklahoma County Bar Association, and the Canadian County Bar Association. A native of Yukon, Oklahoma, Dakota is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, Boulder, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Physiology. He attended Oklahoma City University School of Law as a Merit Scholar, earning his Juris Doctor and receiving the Medal of Excellence from the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Outside of his professional life, Dakota enjoys outdoor activities and resides in Oklahoma City with his three children.
