Christopher Noah Sears

Christopher Noah Sears has been a resident of Rogers County since childhood, graduating from Catoosa High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2003, with his undergraduate research published in the Journal for Comparative Psychology in 2004.

During his time at the University of Tulsa College of Law, Christopher served as a Rogers County District Court Bailiff from 2005 to 2007 under Honorable Judges Dwayne Steidley and Robert Price. He was awarded a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in international business transactions and received his Juris Doctor in 2007, gaining admission to the bar the same year.

Christopher has amassed extensive litigation experience, representing clients across Northeastern Oklahoma. At Griffin & Sears, PLLC in Claremore, he continues to provide legal services in family law, including agreed and no contest divorces, motions to modify, contempt charges, mediations, and trials involving complex custody and property disputes. His work has facilitated the formation of numerous families through step-parent and third-party adoptions.

In addition to family law, Christopher assists clients in guardianship matters for both adults and children and serves as attorney for the child and guardian ad litem. His criminal defense practice includes navigating the criminal justice system for clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges, as well as handling administrative proceedings with the Department of Public Safety. He has successfully obtained many 991 and Section 18 Expungements, helping clients overcome legal, social, and financial barriers by clearing their criminal records.
