Jeff P. Herrick

Jeff P. Herrick, a native of McAlester, has been providing expert bankruptcy legal services to individuals, couples, and businesses in the Eastern District of Oklahoma for almost 27 years. Recognized for his exceptional legal skills and ethical standards, Mr. Herrick received the "AV Distinguished" peer rating from Martindale Hubbell in 2019.

Mr. Herrick began his academic journey at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where he completed a degree in Political Science in 1989. He furthered his education at the Oklahoma City University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 1992. Following his graduation, Mr. Herrick returned to McAlester to establish his private legal practice.

For 26 years, Mr. Herrick has maintained an office in McAlester and has recently expanded with a new location in Muskogee, Oklahoma. His practice focuses on filing both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for residents of the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
