Wayne Bailey

Wayne Bailey is a highly experienced attorney serving clients in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. He earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002, followed by an LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri in 2003. His legal practice is deeply informed by prior business experience, having obtained a B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University in 1990.

Wayne's practice areas include estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, contract and transactional law, business and commercial law, real estate, taxation, and business litigation and appeals. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts.

Active in the legal community, Wayne is a member of several professional organizations, including the Cherokee Nation Bar and the Cherokee County Bar Association. Additionally, he is a tribal member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Wayne and his family are involved with the Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Tahlequah.
