Christopher Noah Sears

Christopher Noah Sears, a lifelong resident of Rogers County, Oklahoma, graduated from Catoosa High School in 1999. He earned his Bachelor of Science in psychology from Oklahoma State University in 2003, with his research featured in the Journal for Comparative Psychology in 2004. During his time at the University of Tulsa College of Law, he served as a bailiff at the Rogers County District Court from 2005 to 2007 for Judges Dwayne Steidley and Robert Price. He was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in international business transactions and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007, gaining bar admission the same year.

At Griffin & Sears, PLLC, Christopher has built a robust practice representing clients across Northeastern Oklahoma. His extensive litigation experience covers agreed and no contest divorces, motions to modify, contempt charges, mediations, and trials involving intricate custody and property disputes. He has facilitated the formation of numerous families through step-parent and third-party adoptions.

Christopher also provides representation in guardianships for both adults and children and has acted as attorney for the child and guardian ad litem. In criminal defense, he has assisted hundreds of clients facing felony and misdemeanor charges, navigating the complexities of the criminal justice system and Department of Public Safety proceedings. He has successfully pursued many 991 and Section 18 Expungements, helping clients remove legal, social, and financial barriers by clearing their criminal records.
