Denis P Rischard

Denis P. Rischard is the founder and senior partner at Rischard Elder Law, serving the Del City, Oklahoma community. Raised on a produce farm in southwest Oklahoma City, Denis is a lifelong Catholic and a proud graduate of Mt. St. Mary Catholic High School. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame in 1983 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986.

As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, ElderCounsel, and WealthCounsel, Denis has established a robust network of resources, enabling him to provide innovative legal solutions to seniors, individuals with special needs, and their families. His practice focuses on asset protection strategies to mitigate the financial impact of long-term care, ensuring clients maintain independence, security, and an enhanced quality of life.

Denis is an active member of the State of Oklahoma Bar and the Oklahoma County Bar Associations, alongside other professional organizations. He is authorized to practice in all federal and state courts in Oklahoma, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and various federal courts in neighboring states.

With extensive trial experience, Denis has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases and has served as a barrister in the American Inn of Courts. His expertise in trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation allows him to effectively advocate for his clients.

Denis and his wife, Susie, have been married since 1986 and are active parishioners at St. Eugene Catholic Church. They are blessed with nine living children and one in Heaven, and their family continues to grow with the addition of in-laws and grandchildren.
