Jason Sansone

Jason A. Sansone is a dedicated litigation attorney with a primary focus on assisting businesses and individuals facing financial difficulties. With a proven track record in filing bankruptcies, litigating adversary proceedings, and navigating both restructuring and liquidation, he has handled over 500 cases. His comprehensive approach aims to keep businesses operational and provide clients with a fresh start.

Jason has represented clients in dealings with the Internal Revenue Service, Oklahoma Tax Commission, Oklahoma Department of Labor, Oklahoma Attorney General, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Clients benefit from his clear strategic vision, timely communication, and effective resolution strategies that lead to more stable futures. Before entering private practice, Mr. Sansone served as General Counsel and Corporate Compliance Officer for a collection agency operating in 46 states. He is admitted to practice in all Oklahoma state, federal, and bankruptcy courts, the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jason is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and Robert J. Turner American Inn of Court, and he is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow. He has twice campaigned for the Oklahoma House of Representatives for District 94. Jason earned his Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, Master of Business Administration with High Honors from Oklahoma City University, and Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University.
