Andrew Paul Murphy

Andrew Paul Murphy, a licensed attorney in Oklahoma, has built a distinguished legal career since earning his Juris Doctor from The Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1995, where he graduated with honors. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, graduating Cum Laude in 1989, and an Associates Degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force.

Mr. Murphy began his legal journey as a law clerk at Israel and Israel, P.C., while still in law school. In 1996, he joined The Payton Law Offices in Muskogee, Oklahoma, where he honed his skills in personal injury, divorce, probate, corporate, and appellate law. His responsibilities included conducting jury trials and managing high-value cases.

In 1997, Mr. Murphy was selected by Mr. Stephen Jones for the Timothy McVeigh Defense Team at Jones, Wyatt and Roberts in Enid, Oklahoma. His contributions included legal research on high-profile issues such as pre-trial detainee rights and trial broadcasts, as well as managing extensive investigation documents.

By 1999, Mr. Murphy served as Staff Counsel for Avalon Correctional Services, where he expanded his expertise in mergers, acquisitions, business financing, real estate, construction law, and labor & employment law. Later that year, he established his own law practice, focusing on family law and complex business litigation, including collection cases.

From 2004 to 2014, Mr. Murphy served as a JAG Officer with the US Army, further enhancing his legal acumen and leadership skills.
