Rex Kyle Daines

Rex K. Daines earned his JD from Willamette University College of Law in 1995, following a BA in Accounting with a minor in Finance from Utah State University in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Districts of Oregon, the Western District of Washington, and the Eastern District of Washington, as well as the State Courts of Oregon and Washington.

Rex began his legal career in 1993 as a law clerk for Eric Olsen while attending law school. Upon completing his degree and passing the bar in 1995, he joined the firm full-time.

For nearly 25 years, Rex has specialized in bankruptcy law, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise to his practice. He resides in Bend, Oregon, with his family. Married with four children, two of whom are in college, Rex enjoys the diverse outdoor activities Central Oregon offers.
