Kyle Vinyard

Kyle Vinyard embarked on his legal career inspired by a formative experience in a mock trial during his fifth-grade year, organized by Lewis & Clark law students at the Clackamas County Courthouse. This early exposure to the legal system ignited his passion for law. His commitment to service was further shaped by his participation as an Eagle Scout, where he developed values of respect, compassion, and kindness.

Kyle pursued higher education at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, earning a bachelor's degree in history followed by a Juris Doctor from the Willamette University College of Law, graduating in the top 25% of his class.

Starting his career as a Deputy District Attorney, Kyle managed a wide range of criminal cases, notably including numerous DUII cases. His duties encompassed charging cases, negotiating plea agreements, presenting felony cases to the Grand Jury, and reviewing search warrants. He also provided crucial on-call support to law enforcement and independently conducted criminal investigations alongside law enforcement agencies.

These diverse experiences enable Kyle to deliver comprehensive legal advice, leveraging his skills in case assessment, negotiation, and courtroom representation. His approach combines innovative problem-solving with a focus on guiding clients through challenging legal situations, aiming to help them emerge stronger and more secure.
