Molly Faye Franck

Molly Faye Franck is a dedicated immigration attorney practicing in Aloha, Oregon. She grew up in Denver, Colorado, and holds a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, formerly known as UC Hastings College of the Law. Molly also earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

During her law school years, Molly gained valuable experience as a judicial student extern at the San Francisco Immigration Court. She was also a Stronach Women’s Legal Rights Fellow at the Center for Gender and Refugee Studies (CGRS), where she honed her skills in gender and refugee issues.

Before pursuing her legal education, Molly was a Fulbright Research Scholar in Granada, Spain, and volunteered with the Spanish Red Cross. Her international experiences have greatly informed her legal practice.

In January 2021, Molly relocated to Oregon with her family and joined Vanderwall Immigration. Prior to this, she spent seven years working as an immigration attorney in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on asylum, family-based immigration, and removal defense. She is professionally fluent in Spanish, enhancing her ability to serve diverse clients.

Molly is a member of the California State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is also admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
