Rosemary Zook

Rosemary Zook was born and raised in Ontario, Canada, where she completed her undergraduate studies in English at Nipissing University. She later moved to the United States to pursue her legal education at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 2008, she settled in Oregon, where she has since established her professional career.

During her time in law school, Rosemary began her journey in the legal field by assisting consumer debtors. She gained valuable experience working with a debtor's attorney and a Chapter 7 Trustee. Following her graduation and admission to the Oregon State Bar, Rosemary has consistently focused her practice on representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases. Her dedication has enabled thousands of clients to achieve a fresh financial start.

Rosemary recently joined Hackett Law Firm, where she continues her commitment to helping individuals attain debt relief. She is an active member of the Oregon State Bar and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Additionally, Rosemary contributes as an editor and writer for the Debtor-Creditor Section Newsletter of the Oregon State Bar.
