Justin Rosas

Justin Rosas is a seasoned criminal defense attorney serving the Ashland, Oregon community. He began his academic journey at the University of Kentucky, where he obtained both his Bachelor's degree and his legal education at the University of Kentucky College of Law. Furthering his expertise, he pursued a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Webster University and completed his studies at the National Defence College in Macon, Georgia.

Mr. Rosas is an active member of the Oregon State Bar, the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He contributes to the legal community through his roles on the State Professional Responsibility Board and the board of the Inn of Courts. Additionally, he serves as the regional coordinator for the Classroom Law Project’s Mock Trial program.

Mr. Rosas launched his career in criminal defense in 2007 as a trial lawyer with Southern Oregon Public Defenders. He currently practices at The Law Office of Justin Rosas in Medford, where he is committed to advocating for his clients' rights. He understands the challenges faced by individuals in the criminal justice system and works diligently to ensure their voices are heard and their rights are protected.
