Kevin Stout

Kevin Stout is an accomplished immigration lawyer at Hecht & Norman, LLP, where he has been providing legal services since 2011. The firm expanded to Southern Oregon by opening an office in Medford, allowing Kevin to extend his expertise across the state. Prior to joining Hecht & Norman, Kevin honed his skills at Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services, building a robust foundation in immigration law.

As a former public interest attorney, Kevin is known for his empathetic approach and dedication to each client. His volunteer work in outreach and education highlights his commitment to fostering collaboration between law enforcement and the immigrant community. An Oregon native, Kevin earned his BA in Spanish and History from Willamette University and his JD from the University of Oregon, where he was recognized for his pro bono contributions.

Kevin's international experience includes living in Granada, Spain, and traveling throughout Central and South America, enhancing his cultural and linguistic proficiency. Outside of his legal practice, Kevin enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hunting, fishing, and gardening.
