Before settling in Oregon, Natalie honed her skills in New York City. She gained valuable experience in the investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., and the legal department of Credit Suisse, N.A., where she drafted and negotiated commercial loan agreements and derivative trading agreements. Her tenure at Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP in the Synthetic Equities Group involved representing hedge funds in restructuring, and drafting prime brokerage client contracts.
