About Rosemary Zook
Rosemary Zook was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. She earned her undergraduate degree in English from Nipissing University. Pursuing her legal education, she moved to the United States to attend law school at Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. In 2008, she settled permanently in Oregon.
During her law school years, Rosemary began assisting consumer debtors, gaining valuable experience by working with a debtor’s lawyer and a Chapter 7 Trustee. Upon graduating and being admitted to the Oregon State Bar, she focused her practice on representing debtors in bankruptcy court. Her expertise lies in handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases, where she has successfully guided thousands of clients towards a fresh financial start.
Rosemary recently joined Hackett Law Firm to further her commitment to helping individuals achieve debt relief. She is an active member of the Oregon State Bar, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the Debtor-Creditor Section of the Oregon State Bar.
