Joseph Scott Walsh

Joseph Scott Walsh is dedicated to representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as those facing denied insurance benefits. Since relocating to Central Oregon in 2007, Joseph has focused on tort claims and insurance disputes, achieving favorable outcomes through strategic negotiation and mediation with insurance companies. He has also successfully secured awards in arbitration and has tried cases to jury verdicts in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Grant Counties.

Originally from Boise, Idaho, Joseph spent his early years there before his family moved to Redmond, Washington for six years. They later returned to Boise, where he graduated from Centennial High School. Joseph pursued higher education in Spokane, Washington, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Law and Public Policy and Finance from Gonzaga University. He continued at Gonzaga University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate. During law school, he interned at a general practice law firm and with a notable personal injury attorney, cultivating his passion for civil litigation and justice.

Joseph is proud to call Central Oregon home, where he lives with his wife, daughter, and son.
