L. Todd Wilson

L. Todd Wilson hails from Hillsboro, Oregon, where he completed his early education, graduating from Hillsboro High School in 1990. He pursued higher education at Santa Clara University, earning a history degree with honors in 1994, followed by a law degree from Willamette University School of Law in 1997.

Since being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 1997, Mr. Wilson has been authorized to practice in all circuit and appellate courts across Oregon, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. His legal practice encompasses a wide range of litigation, with a particular emphasis on criminal defense, including both felony and misdemeanor cases.

Mr. Wilson is a notable contributor to the legal community, having served as a chapter author for the 2006 DUII Trial Notebook for the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. His expertise extends to domestic relations cases, covering Divorce, Child Custody, Property Division, and Domestic Partnership Dissolution.

In addition to his work in criminal and domestic law, Mr. Wilson is proficient in handling various civil litigation matters, such as Personal Injury and Contract disputes. He is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Central Oregon Matrimonial Attorneys Association.
