William Wardlow leads Wardlow Law, a Bend, Oregon-based firm that provides comprehensive legal services in Intellectual Property, Business Law, and Entertainment Law. The firm is dedicated to assisting individuals and businesses with intellectual property protection, business agreements, entertainment law, publishing, royalties, and litigation. Over the past 21 years, Wardlow Law has successfully aided numerous clients in safeguarding their creative assets, negotiating contracts, halting infringements, recovering damages, and challenging unfounded lawsuits.

Mr. Wardlow began his legal career at the esteemed Hollywood law firm Codikow, Carroll, Guido & Groffman, representing high-profile clients such as record labels, publishing companies, and artists including Jay-Z, Dave Matthews Band, William S. Burroughs, Natalie Merchant, and Blondie. He later established a private practice in San Diego, concentrating on Intellectual Property, Business Law, and Consumer Protection.

Since relocating to Bend, Oregon in 2005, Mr. Wardlow has provided legal counsel to startups, partnerships, corporations, non-profits, and individuals. His expertise spans intellectual property licensing and protection, business and real estate transactions, contract negotiation, arbitration and mediation, regulatory compliance, employment law, administrative law, and civil litigation.
