Nathan R Goin

Nathan R Goin is a seasoned attorney specializing in workers' compensation law, providing skilled courtroom representation to secure financial recovery for injured workers. He completed his legal education at Willamette University College of Law, where he was actively involved in the Law Review and the Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. Nathan also served as President of the Christian Legal Society and gained practical experience by trying misdemeanor cases as a student prosecutor with the Marion County District Legal Counsel’s Office. His early career included clerking for Tyler Smith & Associates, P.C., where he contributed to a significant $6,000,000 settlement for the Oregon School for the Blind against the Oregon Department of Education.

Before law school, Nathan managed high-exposure workers' compensation claims for Wausau Insurance. Following his graduation, he served as a senior trial legal counsel at a leading defense firm in the northwest.
