Joseph Scott Walsh

Joseph Scott Walsh is an experienced attorney specializing in personal injury and wrongful death claims and assisting clients who have been denied benefits by their insurance providers. Since relocating to Central Oregon in 2007, Joseph has concentrated on tort claims and insurance disputes, achieving favorable settlements through strategic negotiations and mediations. He has successfully resolved cases through arbitration and has tried cases to jury verdict in Deschutes, Crook, Jefferson, and Grant Counties.

Joseph was born in Boise, Idaho, and spent his early years there before moving to Redmond, Washington for six years. He returned to Boise, graduating from Centennial High School. He pursued higher education in Spokane, Washington, at Gonzaga University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Law and Public Policy and Finance, followed by a Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. During his law school years, Joseph interned at a general practice law firm and with a notable personal injury attorney, which sparked his passion for civil litigation and advocating for those impacted by negligence.

Now settled in Central Oregon, Joseph enjoys life with his wife, daughter, and son.
