Don Corson

Don Corson is a highly respected attorney known for representing individuals affected by catastrophic incidents such as car and truck collisions, defective products, industrial accidents, and hospital system failures. Based in Eugene, Oregon, Don has earned the highest professional ratings for his litigation skills and ethics. Before pursuing a career in law, Don was actively engaged in consumer and environmental advocacy, which inspired him to address injustices through the legal profession. He graduated first in his class from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1985 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa in 1976.

In his role as the elected Chair of the Council on Court Procedures, Don contributed to Oregon's rule-making body for civil procedure laws. This Council, composed of appellate judges, circuit court judges, practicing attorneys, and a public member, establishes official court rules unless overridden by the Legislature. The Council is tasked with reviewing civil procedure rules, evaluating proposals related to Oregon laws, and drafting rules of pleading, practice, and procedure.
