Jinoo Hwang

Jinoo Hwang, a native of Eugene, Oregon, leverages his extensive background in government, business, and education to provide innovative solutions to litigation challenges. Prior to attending law school, he successfully operated a multi-state publishing company for nine years and actively managed real estate investments. He also dedicated 16 years as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon.

Jinoo's legal journey began with a clerkship under the Hon. Charles D. Carlson, which laid the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of the court system. He honed his skills as a trial lawyer and prosecutor with the Lane County District Attorney's office. Since transitioning to private practice, Jinoo has concentrated on estates, business law, and real estate transactions.

In addition to his primary practice areas, Jinoo often assists friends and community members seeking his legal advice. His family remains a central part of his life, with his children studying at Marist High School and Wheaton College. Jinoo has been happily married for over 20 years.
