A native of Southeast Portland/Gresham, Andrea graduated from Jesuit High School. She pursued an English degree at Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, before earning her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon. While there, she received a Statement of Completion in Tax Law. Her legal journey began as a law clerk in the office of the Washington Attorney General, where she honed her skills in legal analysis and client advocacy.
