Jenna Richards

Jenna Richards is a committed criminal defense attorney located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, known for her dedication to defending individuals within the criminal justice system. She possesses extensive experience handling an array of cases, ranging from minor violations and misdemeanors to complex felonies and Measure 11 charges.

Before her tenure at Gilroy Napoli Short, Jenna honed her skills as a criminal defense attorney in Washington County. There, she managed both court-appointed and private cases and played a significant role in the county’s Early Case Resolution (ECR) docket. Her courtroom experience is vast, covering criminal courts across Oregon, where she consistently approaches each case with compassion and collaboration, aiming for the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Jenna earned her Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School, graduating in the top 10% of her class. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, Law & Society from Pacific University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. During her academic journey, Jenna volunteered and interned with the Washington County Juvenile Department, the Metropolitan Public Defender’s Office, and the Oregon Innocence Project, gaining invaluable insight into the justice system.

Outside her professional endeavors, Jenna enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, cooking, and exploring the outdoors. Originally from the Bay Area, she frequently visits her hometown and supports her favorite local sports teams, particularly the San Jose Sharks.
