Brent Goodfellow

Brent Goodfellow has been a dedicated legal professional since his admission to the Oregon State Courts in 2003, expanding his practice to the US District Court of Oregon in 2008. His judicial roles have included serving as a Judge Pro Tempore for the McMinnville Municipal Court (2006-October 2008), Carlton Municipal Court (April 2007-October 2008), and Circuit Court (October 2008-2016).

As the managing partner of his law firm, Mr. Goodfellow has successfully recovered millions for clients affected by medical malpractice, car accidents, sexual assaults, discrimination, and other forms of negligence. His expertise extends to family law, where he has guided numerous individuals through divorce, custody disputes, and support modifications.

Mr. Goodfellow's accomplishments have earned him recognition as a SuperLawyer Rising Star for five consecutive years (2010-2015), a distinction awarded to the top 2.5 percent of Oregon lawyers as selected by peers. His insights have been featured on prominent platforms, including Good Morning America, ABC World News Tonight, Inside Edition, The Washington Post, and The New York Times.

Outside the courtroom, Mr. Goodfellow pursues ultra-distance races, having completed over 40 triathlons and 5 Ironman distance triathlons. He is also committed to coaching junior sports and has a passion for travel, having visited more than 25 countries. Fluent in Japanese, he spent two years volunteering in Japan. Above all, he cherishes time with his family, including his three children.
