Roger K. Evans

Roger K. Evans, a dedicated attorney with more than 40 years of experience, has been representing individuals, families, farmers, vineyard owners, and business owners across Salem, the Willamette Valley, and Oregon. Raised on a family farm in Polk County, Roger began his legal career at the firm of Goodenough & Evans, founded in the 1960s, where he worked alongside his father, Keith D. Evans. Today, through Evans & Associates, he upholds this legacy by providing trusted counsel in estate planning, probate, trust and will administration, and business law.

Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar. He actively participates in several Oregon State Bar Sections, including Estate Planning and Administration, and Business Law. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council and Wealth Counsel.

Licensed to practice in all Oregon state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Mr. Evans is well-equipped to handle diverse legal matters. He holds a law degree and a certification in the legal and business aspects of wine from the Gonzaga University Wine Institute.

A lifelong Oregonian, Roger resides in Salem with his wife. Outside of his legal practice, he enjoys exploring Oregon's great outdoors through activities such as camping, hiking, skiing, and riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes.
