Stephen Palmer

Stephen Palmer has been practicing law since 1994, following his graduation from the University of Oregon Law School, where he was a member of the Managerial Board of the Oregon Law Review. He brings a wealth of experience to his role as a managing partner at Brown Tarlow Bridges & Palmer, PC in Newberg, Oregon.

Stephen has held the position of Municipal Court Judge for several cities, including Newberg, Sherwood, Dayton, Dundee, Yamhill-Carlton, and McMinnville. His judicial experience complements his comprehensive legal practice.

His practice primarily focuses on Family Law, covering complex dissolutions and legal separations, custody, parenting time, third-party visitations, and child and spousal support orders and modifications. He also handles out-of-court mediations and settlements, as well as Criminal Defense and traffic-related matters.

In addition to his practice, Stephen is actively involved with the Oregon State Bar, being a member of the Estate Planning and Domestic Relations Sections. He is also a part of the Yamhill County Bar Association, contributing to the local legal community.
