Nathan R Goin

Nathan R Goin is a distinguished attorney focusing on workers' compensation cases. He earned his law degree with honors from Willamette University College of Law, where he was actively involved in the Law Review and the Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution. Nathan also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society and gained practical experience as a student prosecutor with the Marion County District Attorney’s Office. His early legal career included clerking for Tyler Smith & Associates, P.C., where he contributed to a significant $6,000,000 settlement for the Oregon School for the Blind.

Before attending law school, Nathan managed high exposure workers’ compensation claims at Wausau Insurance. Following his graduation, he worked as a senior trial attorney at a leading defense firm in the northwest. Currently, Nathan's practice is dedicated to safeguarding the rights of injured workers.
