Erin Kathleen Morris

Erin Kathleen Morris is a compassionate and dedicated advocate for her clients in Portland, Oregon. Licensed to practice in both Oregon and Washington, Erin brings extensive experience in a wide array of family law litigation, including divorce, legal separation, custody and parenting time disputes, child and spousal support, prenuptial agreements, relocation, and parentage/paternity cases. Her practice emphasizes crafting legal strategies that align with each client's goals, whether through negotiation or litigation.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Erin grew up in Vancouver, WA, as the daughter of a high school football coach and teacher. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Francisco. Erin is actively involved in several bar associations, including the Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, and Clark County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Washington and Oregon State Bar Family Law Sections, the Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association, the Oregon Academy of Family Law Practitioners, and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (Oregon Chapter).

Erin's professional excellence has been recognized with the “Rising Star” accolade from Super Lawyers Magazine in 2017 and 2018, and she received the 2017-2018 “10 Best” Attorney award for client satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys.

Outside of her legal work, Erin enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with her family and friends, experimenting with new recipes, and diving into a good novel.
