Abdulrehman Ahmed

Abdulrehman Ahmed has a diverse legal background, beginning with his role as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Gilson, J.A.D., in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. Before pursuing law, Mr. Ahmed graduated cum laude with a B.S. and M.S. in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and worked as a civil engineer for over two years.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Mr. Ahmed excelled as a finalist in the Nathan Baker Mock Trial Competition. He also gained practical experience as a clinical student at the Rutgers Law Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic, where he provided legal support to non-profit organizations and start-up businesses.

Mr. Ahmed's experience includes an internship with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General's Consumer Fraud Prosecution Division, focusing on investigations and legal documentation under the Consumer Fraud Act. He also contributed to litigation processes at Kates, Nussman, Ellis, Farhi, and Earle by drafting various legal documents.

An active member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Middlesex County Bar Association, Mr. Ahmed is committed to pro bono work. He has supported organizations like Sanctuary for Families and Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, assisting clients with domestic violence, bankruptcy, divorce, and eviction cases. His dedication was recognized in 2020 by the Eric R. Neisser Public Interest Program for contributing over 100 hours of pro bono service.
