Timothy Kraeer

Timothy Kraeer is a dedicated attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, personal injury, workers’ financial recovery, and criminal defense. He earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, where he graduated with honors, placing in the top twenty percent of his class and receiving Dean’s List Honors and Certificates of Achievement in multiple subjects.

Raised in West Chester, Timothy attended SS. Simon & Jude and Bishop Shanahan High School in Downingtown. He pursued his undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Flight Science. His passion for aviation is evidenced by his acquisition of a commercial pilot certificate and certified flight instructor privileges.

Timothy's legal career began as an unpaid student intern at a small law office in West Chester, where his dedication led to a role as Associate Legal Counsel. There, he honed his skills in advocating for individuals injured in accidents and those facing criminal charges. Following several successful years at his initial practice, Timothy joined a large firm in Allentown focusing on insurance defense. However, he soon realized his true calling was to assist individuals rather than large insurance companies, prompting him to leverage his experience for the benefit of those injured in accidents.

Timothy has represented clients in numerous district and county courts across the region, addressing a wide array of legal challenges. Outside of his legal practice, he is an enthusiastic supporter of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Philadelphia Eagles. Additionally, Timothy has a rich musical background, having played concert piano since the fourth grade.
