Christine Elaine Burke

Christine Elaine Burke serves as a Partner at the Law Offices of Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C., an esteemed firm focusing on employment discrimination. The firm expertly handles employment-related cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. Ms. Burke has achieved numerous successful verdicts in federal jury trials, advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Her litigation experience extends to federal courts throughout PA, NJ, and DE.

Ms. Burke is well-versed in appellate work, having argued before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Notably, she presented before a panel that included retired Associate Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, serving by designation.
