Jeremy Cerutti

Jeremy Cerutti serves as a partner at the law firm of Karpf, Karpf & Cerutti, P.C., where he focuses on employment and civil rights legal matters. He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, as well as the Middle, Eastern, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeremy earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School in 2005 and has been a licensed attorney for over 14 years.

Jeremy began his legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable James J. Morley in the New Jersey Superior Court, Burlington County, from 2005 to 2006. Since then, he has concentrated almost exclusively on employment and civil legal matters. Throughout his career, Jeremy has resolved over 350 federal employment and civil rights cases across various districts, including the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.

In his role, Jeremy has acted as both lead counsel and co-counsel in numerous state and federal trials involving employment claims in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He possesses a deep understanding of state and federal employment laws and trends. Additionally, he assists with cases appointed to his firm by the Eastern District for civil rights and employment matters, often representing pro se litigants.

Jeremy also plays a pivotal role in mentoring associate attorneys and managing trial distribution. He independently oversees a caseload of approximately 40 civil rights cases at any given time, ensuring diligent and effective representation for his clients.
