Jose Wilfrido Hernandez

Jose Wilfrido Hernandez, based in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, has over 20 years of experience in diverse legal areas, including personal injury, products liability, medical errors, construction site trauma, trucking crashes, nursing home negligence, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. He is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

In addition to his legal practice, Jose has made significant contributions to public service. He served as a municipal court public defender for seven years and was a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Office of Attorney Ethics, District I Ethics Committee for four years.
