Charles D. Garner Jr.

Charles D. Garner Jr., born on April 26, 1961, has deep roots in the Pottstown area, having graduated from Pottstown High School in 1979. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Cum Laude from Ursinus College in 1983, followed by a Juris Doctor from Dickinson School of Law the same year.

In 1986, Mr. Garner began his legal career at Reynier, Crocker, Allebach & Reber as an associate. By 1992, he advanced to partner and remained with the firm until 1998. That year, he co-founded Garner & Bauer, focusing on a general practice with a special emphasis on Municipal, Real Estate, and Zoning Law.

Mr. Garner has served as the solicitor for Pottstown Borough since 1996, and holds similar roles for Pennsburg Borough, Upper Pottsgrove Township, the Limerick Township Zoning Hearing Board, and the Douglass Township Planning Agency. He also served the Upper Perkiomen Police Commission from 1997 to 2003. His expertise has led to special counsel appointments in Lower Heidelberg Township, the Pottstown Borough Authority, Royersford Borough, Colebrookdale Township, West Norriton Township Civil Service Commissions, and Malvern Borough.

In September 2012, Mr. Garner joined Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, where he continues to focus on Municipal, Real Estate, and Zoning Law, alongside Estate Planning and Administration and General Civil Litigation. He currently resides in New Hanover Township with his wife and two sons.
