Kristen L. Doleva-Lecher

Kristen L. Doleva-Lecher has a deep-rooted connection to Pennsylvania, having lived in Berks County for most of her life. A 1993 graduate of Wyomissing Area High School, she pursued higher education at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with dual minors in Psychology and English Literature in 1997. During her time there, she was an active member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.

Kristen obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. She gained valuable courtroom experience as a certified intern at the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Prosecutor’s Office, where she handled numerous cases, often leading to trial. After completing her law degree, she returned to Pennsylvania and has been practicing law since 2003, licensed in the Pennsylvania state courts.

With several decades of experience at larger law firms, Kristen now operates her own solo practice, focusing on family law. She is also certified in Mediation, offering services for court-appointed and independent mediation clients, particularly in family disputes and parent-child conflicts.

Kristen is actively involved in her community, serving on the Penn State Berks Advisory Board and volunteering with various nonprofits. Residing in Wyomissing with her husband and three children, she enjoys playing golf and tennis, reading, and supporting the Phillies and Eagles in her spare time.
