Dionysios Pappas

Dionysios Pappas holds the position of co-managing member at Vasiliadis Pappas Associates LLC, where he focuses exclusively on elder law, trust and estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs planning, and veterans’ pension benefits planning. His legal services are available throughout the Lehigh Valley and greater Eastern Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pappas is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2004 and completed his undergraduate studies in political science at Temple University in 2001, graduating magna cum laude and being inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha. His academic focus included a specialization in political economy and minors in history (Phi Alpha Theta) and economics.

As a VA accredited attorney, Mr. Pappas is authorized to assist in the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He contributed to the book "Elder Law in Pennsylvania," specifically Chapter 8 on Veterans’ Benefits, published by PBI Press in its 3rd and 4th editions.

Mr. Pappas is a frequent lecturer and writer, sharing his expertise with professional and community organizations. He has also appeared on the NPR program “Your Financial Choices” on Lehigh Valley WDIY 88.1 FM, discussing financial and legal topics related to his field.

From 2010 to 2015, he was recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star® in elder law.
