Jason David Schiffer

Jason David Schiffer is a trial attorney based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with a focus on assisting individuals injured in accidents. Jason's legal journey is enriched by his prior career in law enforcement, where he served the Bethlehem community with distinction.

Jason's academic path began at the University of Pittsburgh, where he studied Computer Science. He later pursued a B.A. in Criminal Justice from DeSales University, graduating with high honors. While working full-time as a police sergeant, he attended law school at Temple University - Beasley School of Law, earning his law degree in 2008.

During his tenure with the Bethlehem Police Department, Jason held various roles, notably as a bicycle officer. His passion for cycling led to certifications as a police cyclist, instructor, and bicycle mechanic, fueling his advocacy for cyclists' rights and safety. His expertise in accident reconstruction further enhances his ability to handle challenging cases.

Rising through the ranks, Jason retired as the Chief of Police, having received seven Letters of Commendation and was recognized as the Bethlehem Area Jaycees Outstanding Young Police Officer of the Year in 2001. His involvement extended to union activities, including contract negotiations.
