Leonid Mikityanskiy

Leonid Mikityanskiy brings over 19 years of legal expertise, specializing in estate planning, business law, and patents and trademarks. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, and is also admitted before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Leonid earned his Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the New York Polytechnic University, now known as NYU Tandon School of Engineering. He spent five years as an engineering consultant before pursuing a law degree at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

His legal career began at a boutique law firm, followed by a position at a Top 25 Am Law/Global 100 general services law firm. After gaining extensive experience in Big Law, Leonid established his own successful practice with offices in Brooklyn, NY, and Bucks County, PA.

In addition to his work in Intellectual Property Law, Leonid assists clients with Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning. He offers guidance on setting up wills, trusts, and handles Probate and Estate Administration.
