Robert E. Gordon

Robert E. Gordon is a distinguished civil litigation, Intellectual Property (IP), and patent attorney operating from our Doylestown, Bucks County office. He has a wealth of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial litigation cases. Admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Robert has appeared in state and federal courts across Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, and their neighboring counties.

Robert has successfully represented individuals and large corporations, securing multiple six-figure judgments for his clients. His extensive civil litigation expertise also encompasses personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.

In addition to his litigation practice, Robert is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has previously served as a full-time patent attorney, where he provided patentability and infringement opinions, authored and prosecuted patent applications, and assisted clients in safeguarding their innovations. His interest in patents and intellectual property was sparked during his undergraduate studies at Penn State. After graduating, Robert worked as an engineer before pursuing his law degree at Widener University School of Law (now Delaware Law School).

Outside of his legal practice, Robert is a passionate supporter of Philadelphia's sports teams, including the Phillies, 76ers, Flyers, and Eagles. He and his family have held season tickets for the Eagles for over fifteen years.
